Seashell is a privately owned duplex apartment situated on the beach front of Grand Case Bay within walking distance of the many beautiful restaurants and beach bars. Both levels have spectacular views overlooking the Caribbean sea with Anguilla island on the horizon. It is on the first (top) level.of a small select residence which has security doors at both the entrance (with an interior tropical garden) and at the direct beach access (with outside shower to rinse). It is situated in a beautiful location at the quieter western end of the bay close by to Le Petit hotel. There are private parking lots available to this apartment with lockable security barriers.
The main living level has a cinema area with flat screen tv, dvd player & dvd library, dimmer lighting, ceiling fan and air conditioning leading into the kitchen area/dining area with marble mosaic circular dining table & comfortable day bed also with dimmer lighting. The kitchen has solid limed oak cabinets with 'papillon verte' granite surfaces, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, extra large stainless steel fridge/freezer, twin halogen hob top, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, frozen cocktail maker, espresso pot, cafetiere, Liquidizer & plentiful supply of cooking equipment, crockery, quality cutlery & glassware. 'His' luxury shower room (with glass paneled shower, marble vanity sink, villeroy and boch porcelain tiles) & additional wardrobe space are also on this level.
The bedroom is on the second level with ample mirrored wardrobe space, suitcase storage, 'her' luxury shower room (with glass paneled shower & handmade Salerne tiles from South of France), dimmer lighting, separate air conditioning unit with silent sleep mode ,ceiling fan, reading area with chaise longue and stunning views over the Caribbean sea. The king size bed (1m 80cm) has a top quality mattress to ensure a good nights sleep with 100% cotton linen which is changed mid week on request with a choice of feather or foam pillows. There are glass side vents with mosquito blinds and French Doors which open onto the sea views. Black out curtains for main window area.
Wireless Internet provided in high season and for monthly rentals. US channel tv channels (including sport) provided in high and mid season, extra charges in low season if required.
