Rates for Seashell Grand Case Saint Martin

High season*   November 25th - March 31st               $2350.00 per week
Mid - season    April 1st - July 4th                                     $1950.00 per week
Low Season   July 5th - November 24th                       $1700.00 per week
* Christmas, New Year & Heineken Regatta weeks have separate rates
Please note: Our rates are inclusive of midweek maid service, fresh daily towels, beach towels & 5% island tax.

Feeling more like friends to Sea Shell our return guests benefit from a Fidelity Bonus - please inquire.
Additional maid service, internet access, grocery delivery and flower arrangements are all available on request at an extra charge
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and final 50% to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Please note: We are only able to refund payment (less an administration fee) provided that we are able to re-let the same dates.
