Wireless internet connection & usa tv channels are included in the rates for high season and all monthly rentals
Additional maid service, laundry service, provision delivery & flowers are all available at an extra charge payable locally
For Christmas, New Year & Heineken Regatta weeks please add 10% to high season price - Additional nights are calculated pro rata
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and final 50% to be paid 60 days before arrival
Our personal recommendations for island hopping, preferred restaurants & beach clubs, day trips and boat charter for our guests
Please note: We are only able to refund payment (less $100 administration fee) provided that we are able to re-let the same dates at the same rate.
We advise our guests to take travel insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities
All subject to the terms and conditions as described in our rental contract and prices are subject to change without notification unless already confirmed in writing
